Earnings Disclaimer
daveybiz.com · Last updated: 15 October 2026 · Version 1.1
Read this before you apply.
This page explains, in plain language, what we are and are not promising. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions and should be read with them. If anything on any other page of this website appears to promise you a financial result, this page prevails.
1. We do not guarantee that you will make money
We cannot and do not guarantee any level of income, revenue, profit or business result.
Nothing on this website — not the headline, not the video, not a testimonial, not a case study, not the estimator, not anything said on a call or in an email — is a guarantee, promise, projection, forecast or representation that you will earn any particular amount, or any amount at all.
Any figure you see on this site is either:
- a description of what a specific named person actually achieved, which is their result and not a prediction of yours; or
- an arithmetic illustration of numbers you typed in yourself; or
- a goal or an objective that we work towards, which is not the same as an outcome we can promise.
Building a business involves risk, including the risk of losing the money and time you put into it. You may earn more than the people quoted on this site. You may earn less. You may earn nothing, and you may lose money. You should not apply, and you should not spend money with us, on the assumption that a particular result will follow.
2. Results depend on you, and on things none of us controls
The outcome of any engagement depends on a long list of factors, most of which are specific to you. Among them:
| In your control | Partly shared | In nobody's control |
|---|---|---|
| The quality of the service you actually deliver to your clients | The offer and the pricing we design together | Your market's demand and competition |
| Your responsiveness and the time you put in | How fast you implement what we build | Platform algorithm and policy changes |
| How much your audience trusts you | The volume and consistency of your posting | Advertising costs and auction dynamics |
| Your willingness to sell, and to be on calls | Lead quality and conversion rates | Economic conditions |
| Your existing audience size and engagement | Testing cycles and iteration speed | Ad account actions by Meta or others |
| Your fulfilment capacity and delivery quality | Regulatory change in your niche |
An existing, engaged audience is a precondition, not a result of our work. We build the commercial machine behind an audience; we do not create the audience, and we cannot make an audience that does not trust you buy from you.
We cannot and do not control, and are not responsible for, the quality of what you sell. If you do not deliver, refunds, chargebacks and reputational damage will follow, and no amount of marketing will fix it.
3. The people in our testimonials are real, and their results are not typical
Every testimonial, case study, screenshot, message and video on this site is genuine and used with the person's permission. We do not invent clients, fabricate screenshots, buy reviews or script endorsements.
But you must understand two things about them:
3.1 They are individual experiences.
Each describes what one specific person achieved in their specific situation, with their specific audience, offer, market, effort and timing. It is not what you should expect.
3.2 They are selected.
They are the people we are proud of. People we have worked with have also had slower results, worse results, and no result at all. The testimonials on this page are, by design, drawn from our better outcomes, and you should read them as the upper range of what has happened, not the middle.
3.3 Compensation.
Unless the words "paid" or "compensated" appear next to a testimonial, the person received no payment and no discount for giving it. Where a person giving a testimonial is a current client with an ongoing commercial relationship with us, that relationship is itself a connection you should know about, and we disclose it.
3.4 Specific figures, and how we hold them.
Where a testimonial or screenshot on this site states a revenue figure, it is one of two things, and we label which:
- Payment-processor evidence. A screenshot taken from the client's own Stripe dashboard or payment records. For example, one client's Stripe account shows gross volume of AED 175,226.57 over the three months from 19 April to 18 July — approximately USD 47,700, at an average of roughly USD 15,900 per month. Figures originally recorded in another currency are conversions, and we state the original.
- A client's own report. A message, note or post in which the client tells us what they made. We present these as the client's statement, because that is what they are. For example, one client wrote to us three weeks into the engagement that USD 30,000 had been added to the bottom line of his business in those three weeks. That is his account of a three-week cumulative figure. It is not a monthly revenue figure and we do not present it as one.
In all cases these figures:
- refer to gross cash collected, not profit, and are stated before advertising spend, team costs, platform fees, refunds and taxes;
- relate to a specific month or period, and we do not represent that any figure was sustained — in both completed engagements, monthly revenue declined over the course of the relationship;
- were achieved by that person, in their circumstances, and not by the average client.
3.5 Not every testimonial here is a Done-For-You client.
The video testimonials and written comments on this website come from people across everything we have run — mentorship, group coaching and one-to-one work — not only from the Done-For-You service this page sells. Where someone was a Done-For-You client, we say so next to their testimonial. The figures in Section 4 cover only the Done-For-You engagements. A testimonial from a mentorship client is a genuine account of that programme and is not evidence of what Done-For-You produces, and you should not read it as such.
3.6 People we have worked under, not for.
Where this site names well-known figures we have worked under or trained with, that is what it means: they taught or employed us. They are not our clients, we do not claim them as results, and nothing about their success is a representation about ours or yours.
4. What a typical client can expect
We are required to tell you what results are generally achieved, not only our best ones. So here is everything we have.
Our sample is two clients. We have completed two full Done-For-You engagements. Two is not a statistically meaningful sample, and nothing below should be read as a reliable predictor. We are publishing it anyway, in full, because the alternative — showing you only the good months — would be misleading.
Across both engagements, measured as cash actually collected:
| Clients who completed a Done-For-You engagement | 2 |
| Total months of trading recorded | 19 |
| Total cash collected across both, all months | USD 261,957 |
| Median month | USD 14,878 |
| Average month | USD 13,787 |
| Highest single month recorded, by either client | USD 23,296 |
| Months at or above USD 20,000 | 5 of 19 (26%) |
| Months at or above USD 30,000 | 0 of 19 |
| Clients who passed USD 20,000 cumulative within six months | 2 of 2 — both inside the first two months |
| Clients who reached USD 20,000 in a single month | 1 of 2 |
Per client:
Client A traded for 11 recorded months. Best month USD 23,296; worst month USD 1,300; median USD 19,415; five months at or above USD 20,000. Revenue declined in the second half of the engagement.
Client B traded for 8 recorded months. Best month USD 19,077; worst month USD 5,189; median USD 8,957. This client never reached USD 20,000 in a single month. Revenue peaked in month three and declined thereafter.
What this honestly means for you:
- Neither client ever recorded a USD 30,000 month. If you have seen a larger figure attributed to this service anywhere, it is either a cumulative figure over several weeks or a client's own report, and Section 3.4 explains which.
- Roughly one month in four, across all the trading we have recorded, was at or above USD 20,000. Three in four were below.
- Results were not sustained. Both engagements peaked early and declined. Getting to a good month is not the same as staying there.
- One of our two clients never hit USD 20,000 in a month at all, though both passed it on a cumulative basis quickly.
We will update this section as we complete more engagements. If you want to see the underlying evidence for any figure here, ask us and we will show you what we hold.
We could have written "results not typical" and shown you only the best screenshots. Most people in this industry do. We would rather you decide with the real numbers in front of you — including the ones that do not flatter us.
5. The estimator on our landing page
Our landing page includes an estimator that multiplies numbers you choose — your follower count, an assumed conversion rate, and an assumed price — to display a revenue figure.
It is a calculator, not a forecast. Specifically:
- it performs arithmetic on inputs you select yourself;
- it is not based on any assessment of your business, your audience quality, your offer or your market;
- the conversion rate it uses is an assumption you set, not a rate we have observed for you or for our clients generally;
- it shows gross revenue, before advertising costs, team costs, platform fees, refunds, chargebacks and tax — your profit will be materially lower, and could be negative;
- the figure it displays is not a promise, a projection, a representation or an offer, and we do not represent that it is achievable by you or by anyone;
- it does not account for delivery capacity. A number that implies more clients than you can actually serve is not a revenue figure, it is a warning.
Do not make a financial decision on the basis of the estimator. Make it on the basis of what you can afford to lose, and a conversation with us.
6. Our Guarantee is a remedy, not a projection
Our Terms and Conditions, Section 8, contain a performance guarantee: if the engagement has not produced at least one month of USD 20,000 or more in collected cash, within six months of the start date, and you have met your obligations — which include attending the scheduled calls and continuing to publish content — you do not pay, and we pay you USD 1,000.
You need one such month inside the six, not six of them, and we do not promise to sustain it.
Please read this correctly:
- it is a contractual remedy for a shortfall;
- it is not a statement that you will reach that figure, and it is not a prediction that you will;
- it is conditional — the full conditions are in Section 8 of the Terms. The two that matter most: you must show up to the scheduled calls, and you must keep making content. If you stop posting, the engagement has nothing to convert and the guarantee lapses;
- "you don't pay" does not mean "you lose nothing." You may still have spent money on advertising, tools, team and your own time. Those costs are yours and are not covered by the Guarantee.
The existence of a guarantee is a statement about our confidence and our willingness to carry risk. It is not a statement about your outcome.
7. Not professional advice
Nothing on this website or provided as part of our services is legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, insurance, medical or immigration advice, and it must not be relied on as such.
We are not a licensed financial adviser, investment adviser, broker, accountant, tax adviser or lawyer in any jurisdiction, and we are not registered with any financial or securities regulator.
We do not offer a security, an investment, a franchise, a business opportunity with a promised return, or any instrument regulated as such.
Take your own professional advice before making a financial commitment, and in particular on: the tax treatment of revenue in your country, the licensing or qualification requirements for the service you intend to sell, and the advertising and consumer-protection rules that apply to your own marketing.
8. Forward-looking statements
This website contains forward-looking statements — words like "will", "can", "could", "expect", "potential", "scale", "grow" and "build". These express intention and possibility, not certainty, and they are not guarantees of future performance. Actual results differ, often materially, from what anyone anticipates. We undertake no obligation to update a forward-looking statement.
9. Your own responsibility
By applying, you acknowledge and agree that:
- you have read this page in full and understood it;
- you are making your own independent commercial decision, on your own judgement and at your own risk;
- you are not relying on any income figure, testimonial, estimator output, headline, verbal statement or inference as a promise of a result;
- you accept full responsibility for your business decisions and their outcomes;
- you understand that you may not make any money, and that you may lose the money and time you invest;
- you will not hold us responsible for a result that does not match your hopes or expectations;
- you will not repeat our claims, our clients' figures or our estimator outputs in your own marketing — those are our substantiation obligations, not yours, and you have your own.
If you cannot comfortably accept the risk of spending money and time and getting no financial return, do not apply.
10. Regulatory notices by region
We advertise and sell internationally. This section sets out, for transparency, the frameworks we hold ourselves to.
United States.
We make no earnings claim that we cannot substantiate under Section 5 of the FTC Act. Testimonials are presented in accordance with the FTC Endorsement Guides, 16 CFR Part 255: Section 4 discloses the performance generally achieved across every engagement we have completed, including the unflattering figures, and Section 3 discloses material connections and distinguishes payment-processor evidence from a client's own report. We do not sell a business opportunity within the meaning of the FTC Business Opportunity Rule, 16 CFR Part 437: we provide a marketing and operations service to people who already operate a business and already have an audience, we do not offer locations or outlets, and we do not buy back anything you produce. Substantiation for every claim on this site is held on file and available on request.
European Union and Spain.
We comply with the Unfair Commercial Practices Directive 2005/29/EC as implemented in Spain by the Ley 3/1991 de Competencia Desleal and, where applicable, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. We do not make claims that would materially distort a decision by an average recipient, and we do not present a conditional guarantee as if it were unconditional.
United Kingdom.
We have regard to the CAP Code and the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024, including the prohibition on misleading actions and omissions and on fake or unsubstantiated endorsements.
Australia.
We do not engage in misleading or deceptive conduct, or conduct likely to mislead or deceive, under section 18 of the Australian Consumer Law, and we do not make a representation as to a future matter without reasonable grounds within the meaning of section 4.
Canada.
We do not make a false or misleading representation under section 74.01 of the Competition Act, and any performance claim is based on an adequate and proper test where one is required.
New Zealand.
We do not make a false or misleading representation under section 13 of the Fair Trading Act 1986, and we have reasonable grounds for any representation about a future matter.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram).
Our advertising is intended to comply with Meta's Advertising Standards, including the rules on unrealistic outcomes, unacceptable business practices and personal attributes. We do not advertise a guaranteed income, and we do not address people as though we know their financial circumstances.
